Record to Report Manager
Job Description:
This position will have core responsibility for leading and driving accounting diligence within the group. The role will maintain the general ledger of each company's books in accordance with the accounting manual. The role shall support the Director for any accounting and controllership needs. A role that shall promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative working environment between the stakeholders involved.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Employee will:
- Develop or improve any existing finance processes that drives more efficiency and drives better monthly closing procedures.
- Coordinate with Finance to lead any process improvements, operational efficiencies, regular reporting and financial excellence.
- Perform GL reporting (driven by preidentified KPIs), Financial and management reporting and present it to stakeholders and leaders.
- Lead financial controllership to ensure there are proper controls in place, and there are proper compliance on internal and external requirements.
- Drive RTR for proper posting of entries as part of financial diligence.
- Comply with financial reporting requirements directed by ROHQ Finance.
- Work with ROHQ internal audit as needed if there are concerns with audit department.
- Support Finance Director for major projects including Transition and AI initiatives.
- Support Finance Director for any other ad hoc reporting or tasks required by the business.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 10+ years' experience in Finance Controllership
- Experience in Finance Planning and analysis / financial reporting is a plus
