ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Operations Excellence Team, where you'll play a key role in identifying business improvement opportunities and supporting strategic transformation initiatives. This role provides excellent exposure to end-to-end business processes and offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders from across the organization to deliver meaningful operational improvements.

From process discovery and analysis to project implementation and change management, you'll help drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and support business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·     Conduct comprehensive analysis of end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.

·     Gather and analyse data, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and document current-state processes to understand operational challenges.

·     Support in recommendations development and improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer experience.

·     Partner with business users and any key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

·     Support in defining project scope, business requirements and success measures to ensure solutions align with both business objectives and operational realities.   

·     Support in project planning, execution and rollout of business transformation and process improvement initiatives.  

·     Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

·     Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to track performance and measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

·     Support ad hoc projects, operational excellence initiatives, and improvement workshops as required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

·       Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline.

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, process optimization, system implementation and change management.

·       Proven experience in driving process improvement and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

·       Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business problems.

·       Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

·       Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization/reporting tools is highly preferred.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.

Employment Type: 1-Year Outsourced Contract (Renewable, subject to business needs and performance)
