Job Description:

This position will have core responsibility for ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate financial reporting. This includes all financial reports such as Retail Accounting, Profit and Loss report, balance sheet report, cash flow statement, per segment analysis, inventory analysis, flux analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Employee will:

  • Manage month-end closing process, bank reconciliation, fixed asset management, project to profit process, management information and presentation, business partnering, annual audit, statutory reporting and filing, treasury and tax requirements.
  • Support RTR Operations Manager in the delivery of set KPI and SLAs of AP team
  • Assist RTR Operations Manager in driving compliance, operational excellence and continuously in improving the processes within AP team and other ad hoc requests
  • Supervise multiple business units with different team members assigned
  • Coordinate with In-country finance team for the closure of reconciling items and end to end RTR team deliverables
  • Deliver reports and perform his/her own financial analysis per segment and per dimensions as required by ROHQ Finance and the Finance Lead.
  • Deliver the flux analysis of expenses independently based on what's in the ERP. Facilitate the coordination between Operations and CGS RTR if there are clarifications.
  • Deliver Daily Sales Report and perform reconciliation as needed.
  • Perform inventory analysis within the set timeline. Coordinate with Sales and CGS PTP or other workstreams if there are clarifications.
  • Supervise the overall month-end closing process and perform pre-closing analysis to ensure the quality of every month-end closing.
  • Supervise the overall fixed asset management and project to profit process.
  • Preparation of Monthly BS Reconciliation Report including all Audit schedule needed.
  • Participate or lead in the continuous improvement of finance processes, enhancement, automation and streamlining projects.
  • Deliver any other ad hoc reports asked by the Group CFO or CGS Director

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related field
  • More than 3-5 years in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role and supervisory or managerial role
  • Minimum 7 years in work experience related to finance and accounting
  • CPA or CMA license is preferred
