Finance ManagerContinuous Improvement & ESG
Job Description:
The Finance Manager - Continuous Improvement & ESG will support the Finance Director/ CFO in ensuring strong controls, ESG-related risk management and compliance environment in Citadel operating companies; ensuring that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place especially in the company's key processes.
As an individual contributor, this position will have core responsibility and ownership of the ESG report generation processes and will develop and implement plans to ensure an organization can continue operating during disruptions (BCP).
Assist the Finance Director/ CFO in report generation, Business Review activities, Process Map Creation, Document Management System, Service Management, recognition programs, ad hoc and other finance activities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- University Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- CPA License is preferred
- More than 5 years of relevant experience
- Analytical with some level of business, finance, and accounting understanding.
- Excellent numerical ability, and Excel skills.
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to demonstrate work consistent with IP&E GBA Limited
- Self-propelled, takes initiatives and is interested in learning the various IP&E GBA businesses.
Management and Behavior Skills
- Takes or initiates action to address an issue or prevent a problem in a timely manner.
- Designate tasks with proper and well-defined instructions.
- Understands external and internal customer expectations and needs
