Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s cloud and on-premise system infrastructure. This role involves managing cloud & on-premise environments, ensuring system security, network, and optimizing performance to support business operations. Lead a team of IT professionals, coordinate technical projects, and collaborate with various departments to align IT strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud computing.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with network administration, security protocols, and system performance optimization.
- Proficiency in scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python,]Terraform).
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Ticketing Tools.
- Server Support: Support cloud/non-cloud servers, security, patching, troubleshooting.
- Network Administration: Configure/manage hardware/software, monitor performance, ensure security, troubleshoot.
Operations and Management:
- Help in overseeing operations and manage SLAs.
- Understand and resolve dependencies across different SBUs/functions.
- Help to Perform Budgeting task.
