Job Description:

Job Purpose:

The Operational Excellence is responsible for driving process efficiency, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across the organization by standardizing workflows, embedding risk and compliance controls, and ensuring alignment with regulatory, ESG, and corporate governance requirements.

The role ensures that operations are efficient, compliant, resilient, and audit-ready, while supporting strategic initiatives such as system efficiency, business continuity, sustainability commitments, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence (Policies and Process Documentation)

  • Map, document, and maintain end-to-end processes including but not limited to the following:
    • Order to cash processes (including plant operations and road transport processes)
    • Source to pay processes
    • Master data processes
    • Records to report process
  • Act as process owner support during and after migration to MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation (F&O). Also, conduct process walkthroughs to ensure process-to-system fit
  • Monitor post go-live stabilization issues and remediation plans. Also, ensure data integrity issues are resolved.
  • Document and update process and controls register and ensure correct mapping to risk register
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gaps and recommend improvements.

Special Projects

  • Special projects to be assigned include IPGGs adoption of Retail Electricity Supplier (RES), I-Assure, automation of various compliance monitoring.
  • Prepare as owner or monitor (as applicable) various compliance applications or reports such as permits and licenses of special projects, applications, or report submissions with government agencies.
  • Participate in the various i-Assure activities as pre-scheduled.
  • Prepare reports relevant to duties and function.
  • Provide support in managing relationships with external stakeholders, as need be
  • Other projects that may be assigned to foster continuous improvement and sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy – required
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • ESG, Sustainability, Risk Management, or Internal Audit certifications – preferred
