Finance Sr. Manager – Governance and Transformation
Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Employee will:
- Lead the migration and change management activities within CGS and in coordination with partner OpCos and provide status update and reports related as required by management, including M&A related set-up and transition.
- Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of performance SLA and KPI for all workstreams in collaboration with Operations Managers
- Support CGS Director in managing governance processes and ensure compliance is in place for CGS processes including Tax Governance and Record Management compliance
- Supervise ESG services, Process Excellence, and HR partnering activities including maintenance of WeCulture program
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative working environment between the stakeholders involved.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant
- 10 years + experience in Corporate Finance, Customer Service, Financial Management, Audit, Governance, Shared services operations, Project Management
