Job Description:

MARIANA ACQUISITION CORPORATION dba IP&E Saipan is looking to fill one (1) Retail/Billing Officer position in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. Work will be performed at 1290 Salvinia Lane, Lower Base, Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands 96950. This is a TEMPORARY, full-time position, and we are looking to fill this job opening for employment from 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2029.

Responsibilities

The Employee will:

  • Process new fleet customer accounts/cards and provide support to operations.
  • Prepare, post, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts.
  • Invoice and reconcile fleet customer accounts.
  • Research fleet customer discrepancies and past-due amounts.
  • Prepare month end fleet reports.
  • File, organize, and maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform general clerical duties related to billing and posting functions, including data entry and record maintenance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • High School diploma is required.
  • 24 months experience is required.

Terms & Conditions of Employment:

  • Workers will be paid no less than $13.29. Frequency of pay is biweekly. Overtime will be paid at a rate of 1.5 times base hourly rate. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Hourly work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (one-hour lunch break) 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
  • Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
  • If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
  • Employer will not provide daily transportation to and from the worksite.
  • On-the-Job Training will not be provided by employer.
  • Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
  • Workers will not be provided with board, lodging, or other facilities and/or employer will not assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities.
  • The employer will make all the payroll deductions from the worker's paycheck required by federal and local law and will not make any deductions that are not required by law.
