Job Summary
The Team Lead is responsible to support and assist the Store Manager, with the planning, organizing, direction, control, and evaluation of retail stores.
The Team Lead directs the staff to ensure that all transactions are completed promptly and correctly, all sales are completed competently, and that cash control, security and till balancing during each shift is properly accounted for.
Team Leads ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and quality of product are maintained at the site, ensures all tasks are completed to the Company’s stated Health, safety, security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and guidelines.

Working Conditions
The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

This job operates in a retail environment with merchandise displays and items available for purchase in inventory.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This job has direct supervisory responsibility.
Regular Expected Hours of Work and Travel
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
