In this role, you'll take charge of key programs like the Annual Merit Cycle, Performance Bonuses, and Variable Pay, as well as conduct market benchmarking and manage job architecture and employee benefits.   • Integrates compensation programs with business strategy, and administering base and variable pay programs while ensuring compliance to legal and company requirements
  • Effectively communicates pay strategies to stakeholders that are aligned with business needs
  • Provides support HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on compensation policies and structures across multiple business units
  • Leads the compensation activities and related programs such as but not limited to Annual Merit Cycle and Performance Bonus and Variable Pay programs
  • Conducts market benchmarking activities and provides technical expertise on market trends
  • Supports the annual review of salary ranges across the Group • Handles compensation reports required by the business
  • Supports the TR Team in designing and implementing the global job architecture framework, including job families, levels and career paths
  • Handles the job evaluation process and ensures alignment between roles and pay structures
  • Manages the job descriptions of the Group ensuring alignment across
  • Provides guidance on job pricing that is standard across the Group
  • Creates policies and procedures related to Total Rewards and ensures education to HR Business Partners
  • Oversees/checks administration of employee benefits including healthcare, retirement and time off
  • Supports the Total Rewards Team in creating benefits programs aligned with the business needs
  • Ensures administration of the policies are aligned with pay strategies
  • Supports the Total Rewards Team in creating competitive Rewards package that attracts, retains, and motivates employees.
  • Performs other tasks that may be required of this role

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or other related field
  • At least five (5) years of experience in compensation design and administration
  • Proven experience in compensation design and administration
  • Must have good understanding of different benchmarking tools (Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, Aon, Hay)
  • Knowledgeable on job architecture and job pricing
  • Preferably with TR Specialist/Professional certification
  • Adherence to established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
  • Stakeholders’ management
  • Continuous improvement on projects and policies
