Job Purpose:

  1. Oversee and implement enterprise risk management framework for all IPGG companies.
  2. Prepare an enterprise-wide Risk Assessment to be used in developing policies, procedures, and internal controls designed to mitigate material negative outcomes.
  3. Ensure the adequacy of risk information, risk analysis, and risk training to IPGG company's risk owners.
  4. Act as owner of enterprise-level policies on behalf of the Board, e.g. Risk Management policy, Investment Decision Manual, Treasury policy, etc.
  5. Provide oversight and challenge of the firm’s systems and controls in respect of risk management.
  6. Support the ongoing review of control processes of all IPGG companies and continuously drive improvement in risk governance and practice.
  7. Act as Compliance Officer for Privacy (COP)
  8. Act as International Trade Compliance Officer.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) program and system to monitor and control material risks to enable complete and detailed documentation of risk profile for IPGG group.
  • Report to the IPGG board and related governing body and senior management team on the firm’s risk exposures relative to its risk appetite and tolerance, and the extent to which the risks are affecting business strategy and plans.
  • Provide risk-focused advice and information into the setting and individual application of company policies.
  • Lead the Risk and Assurance activities and Oversee compliance and assurance programs for all IPGG companies.
  • Led operations / supply chain operations compliance and business process review.
  • Ensure and monitor compliance to Board-approved policies and ensure risk controls are operating appropriately.
  • Oversee and monitor closure of remedial action plans to mitigate material risks for all IPGG companies.
  • Capture, analyze, and understand the internal environment and help all IPGG companies to implement best practices within the risk appetite and tolerance of the Board.
  • Support initiatives on system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the ESG Framework and projects.
  • Provide support in managing relationships with external stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in controllership, audit, tax, management information, and planning treasury.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Able to communicate at all levels in the organization including Board Members.
  • Self-driven and ability to multi-task and deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong command of written and oral English.
  • Ability to work with local teams and associated companies.
