The Store Lead is responsible to support and assist the Station Manager, with the planning, organizing, direction, control, and evaluation of the gas station and its staff, which includes the Customer Service Cashiers, Attendants, Food Handlers and Merchandisers.
The Store Lead directs the station staff to ensure that all transactions are completed promptly and correctly, all sales are completed competently, and that cash control, security and till balancing during each shift is properly accounted for. Store Leads ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and quality of product are maintained at the site, ensures all tasks are completed to the Company’s stated Health, safety, security and Environment (HSSE) policies and guidelines.
