Dispatch I Customer Service Officer (GCAT(MNL)-2024-83)

A. Ensure compliance with set standards and checklist as established by the Section Head
B. Ensure that airline news details are implemented as per AN release and records/activities are
updated accordingly
C. Secure flight meal load plan, Special Meal (SPML) and aircraft registration with Dispatch’s Daily

Booking List (DBL).
D. Prepare Catering Delivery Note (CDN) checklist and ensure accuracy of entries
E. Check all catering items, ensure meals, trays and equipment are as per customer standards
F. Ensure accuracy of FC, BC, and YC tray count tallies with the Hot Meals

G. Ensure that all carts and containers are labeled accordingly and are safely stored.
H. Validate load by counterchecking the load message and telex from the airline
I. Supervise outbound holding room and proper loading of inflight meals into the hi-loaders in
accordance with the Galley load plan prior to departure from the unit
J. Notify Dispatch upon completion of flight.
K. in charge of supervising the offloading activity when/if flight is cancelled/terminated or RON.
L. In charge of proper coordination with various agencies inside the aircraft during flight
cancellation/termination.
M. Responsible for reporting any irregularity during or after loading and offloading of catering items
N. Responsible for recording temperatures upon dispatch and on board the aircraft after loading to
ensure compliance.
O. Coordinate any relevant security and safety matters with the concerned agencies, local station
representative and Dispatch office such as but not limited to any vehicle or container blocking
The aircraft door during loading.
P. Ensure that every carts/equipment are stowed and secured as per the standard loading position
of the Airlines
Q. Validate/tally figures of meals on-board provided by Dispatch vis-à-vis endorsed to flight crew
during loading, any discrepancy
R. Ensure that catering items are properly loaded on a timely manner in the hi-loader and
coordinate and inform the driver and Dispatch accordingly upon completion of loading
S. Ensure that any special meals are labeled and are handed over to the crew accordingly with the
authorized airline representative
T. Carry out hand over activities and catering endorsements in a professional manner to airline
representatives
U. Supervise and assist in Upcatering and ensure meals on board are as per final load announced
by Dispatch or as relayed by the local station representative
V. Ensure that all necessary documents, CDN and other documents required by the airline are duly
signed during delivery
W. Endorse all relevant signed documents to Dispatch upon return to the unit
X. Accomplish and update all post flight related activities in the system
Y. In charge of the Ramp and meeting the aircraft upon arrival (in case of turn-around flight).
Z. Responsible for notifying Dispatch and concerned agencies immediately for any issues during delivery/dispatch such as but not limited to vehicle or container blocking the aircraft door during load time.
