To review and streamline operational processes and to ultimately make GCAT’s catering operations in Manila and Clark most efficient by reaching operational excellence and highest quality levels.

Qualifications:
Graduate of any four (4) year Business course, MBA an advantage. Candidate with any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved can also be considered. Minimum seven to ten years successful track record as a Manager or Assistant Manager in the Airline- or a closely related service industry, work experience in the industry outside the Philippines is an advantage. Solid finance and budget establishment- and execution experience are required. Proven experience of successfully leading a team of Managers and Supervisors in an operational environment is required. Previous customer service and/or account management experiences are an advantage of the successful candidate. Strong innovation track record and proof that change management principles were applied in earlier jobs. Advanced user of MS-Office full Suite to be able to write communications and to create Excel based financial plans, mathematical analysis etc.
Excellence skill in both verbal and written communication as well as good acumen in business and management–related writing.
Ability to exercise above average mathematical skills in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written and/or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
