The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing our core IT infrastructure, which includes Office 365, VMware environments, servers, and ISP applications. This role involves managing DNS, mail servers, and web servers on both Linux and Windows platforms. Additionally, the position oversees security measures, patch management, and Active Directory administration, along with the backup and restoration of IT systems, including but not limited to Billing Systems and Windows and File Servers. The IT Systems Administrator also provides essential support to our Sales Enterprise team, ensuring they receive the necessary pre-sales support.

Formerly Micronesian Telecommunications Corp, IT&E was a part of Verizon International. CITADEL acquired IT&E in 2005 after successfully navigating the US CIFUS process and the Federal Communications Commission.
