Retail Processor
Job Description:
The Retail Processor position is responsible for maintaining the vendor invoice processing for all IP&E COCO retail stores. Provide support between vendors, Category Managers, Retail Store Operations, and other Finance departments for research and issue resolution. Responsible for executing weekly exception reports, assisting with cycle counts and additional projects as needed.
Responsibilities
The Employee will:
- Ensure timely completion of the processing of all daily vendor invoices.
- Responsible for maintenance and updates to the store processing of various vendor invoices at the retail sites.
- Provide support for special orders, credit memos, consignment transactions, waste and donation, item maintenance, and other inventory exception requests.
- Coordinate with the Retail Store Managers and Leads as necessary.
- Monitor vendor invoice submissions and exception reports for any potential issues, provide timely communication and resolution.
- Assist in managing the Retail Stores inbox on vendor inquires related to invoices for research and support.
- Execute approved system adjustments for the retail store in support of inventory management.
- Execute approved order edits or schedule changes as needed to support the retail stores.
- Provide support to other departments for item updates as necessary.
- Provide feedback to retail management and category managers on merchandise concerns/requests.
- Assist with running weekly reports, identifying issues, and resolving timely.
- Review supplier receiving discrepancy reports daily to research and resolve between Retail Store Operations and the Vendors, processing receipt adjustments as approved.

- High school diploma or equivalent

- At least 1 year of merchandising and/or recordkeeping experience or its equivalent is a plus

Working Conditions
The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
