Job Overview

The Cargo Inside Sales Representative role involves managing and optimizing cargo sales and processes, ensuring efficient customer service. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries and maintaining accurate cargo bookings and rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors the flights both online and interline.
  • Answers inquiry via emails or calls from customers regarding commodities, transit, routing etc.
  • Arrange cargo reservations and bookings for both online and interline.
  • Sending email booking confirmations to the customers.
  • Daily telesales / telemarketing information with customers.
  • Monitors all shipments from origin to final destination and sends updates to the customers.
  • Coordinate with our counterpart stations and airlines partners for booking requests and other concerns.
  • Checking inputted rates and fixing errors in the system.
  • Coordinate and monitor issues from the operations team such as offloaded, late docs/cargo, etc.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • Must possess an understanding of the flight/cargo operations
  • Excellent communication and building relationship
  • Excellent customer-service mindset
  • Knowledgeable in cargo, air freight, aviation, and sales
