Job Description:

HR Analytics Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analytics Intern to support our Talent & HR data initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, discovering insights, and contributing to data-driven decision-making within HR.

The intern will assist in maintaining accurate and reliable HR data by supporting data standardization, cleaning, and reporting efforts. They will also help develop dashboards and reporting templates, ensuring that HR stakeholders have access to consistent and meaningful data for analysis.

ROLES KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support data standardization across HR systems (job titles, BUs, and grades)
2. Perform data cleaning (duplicates, missing values, inconsistencies)
3. Support in the generation of report templates in SAP
4. Prepares and updates raw datasets and dashboard for reporting
5. Support in building and maintaining master HR data as a single source of truth for TR analytics.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in BS Statistics or BS Industrial Engineering
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interest in math, data analysis, and working with numbers
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
  • Ready to start ASAP
  • Must have an internship requirement of at least 3 months (or more)
