Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Loyalty Marketing Senior Manager, the Loyalty Marketing Coordinator Apprentice will implement marketing promotions, initiatives, and communications designed to build brand awareness, increase the membership base, and improve member lifecycle activity. Additionally, the Loyalty Marketing Coordinator Apprentice will assist in managing the Loyalty Management System (LMS) and day-to-day loyalty program operations in coordination with the Internal Support Team and Partners.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing promotions and initiatives designed to increase membership base, maximize renewal rate, and improve member lifecycle activity
  • Handle day-to-day coordination and work on loyalty program operational activities
  • Attend to member and partner concerns or requests and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the support team such as but not limited to Customer Service and Technical Teams to improve customer experience and processes related to the loyalty program
  • Keeps marketing communications and materials ready by coordinating requirements with Creatives, Execution Team, Marketing Agencies, and Vendors
  • Ensure timely release of all marketing communications and advertisements by coordinating with Creatives, Execution Team, and Vendors
  • Assist in managing contents of digital assets and social media accounts
  • Handle creation of training materials and facilitating training on the Loyalty Program
  • Manage the Loyalty Management System and generation of reports as required by the Business
  • Handles Business User end-to-end testing of all applications and systems related to the Loyalty Program
  • Provide support in building and strengthening relationships with partners for possible marketing tie-ups and other partnership opportunities
  • Work on other tasks and projects as assigned that will contribute to the development and growth of the loyalty program
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • US citizen or resident alien
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Has been a resident of Guam for a period of not less than three (3) consecutive years before entry into the program
    • Mayor’s Verification must be submitted upon hire
  • Be able to attend a minimum of two (2) classes per semester, while working forty (40) hours per week
  • Minimum 1 year experience with the use of computers and experience using Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Regular Expected Hours of Work and Travel

Normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 


Travel may be required for this position.
