Job Description:

The Fleet Coordinator ApprenticeĀ is responsible for processing new and current fleet card accounts in the MIDAX system, cash receipt posting, provide reports to Sales Team and customer invoicing for IP&E Holdings, LLC.

IP&E Guam seeking someone with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy to assist in our Retail and Billing department.

Responsibilities

The Employee will:

  • Process new Fleet accounts/cards and provide support to the Commercial and Retail Service Teams.
  • Prepare, post, and record customer payments and transactions related to account.
  • Invoice and reconcile fleet customer accounts.
  • Verify and post customer debit and credit sales adjustments as needed.
  • Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Commercial team.
  • Prepare fleet reports to the Commercial Dept. and HR for payroll deductions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
    Strong analytic abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook and Word).
  • High degree of attention to details.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently using own initiative, be effective and adapt quickly on a variety of situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking are critical
