HSSE & Asset Integrity Engineer

Job Overview:
The HSSE & Asset Integrity Engineer is responsible for ensuring contractor safety, asset reliability, and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with the HSSE Manager to develop and implement systems that safeguard people, assets, and the environment, while driving operational excellence through preventive maintenance and corrective actions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· HSSE Management System Develop, implement, and monitor the HSSE management system for contractors in coordination with the HSSE Manager. Ensure contractors adhere to company HSSE policies, procedures, and performance standards.
· Asset Integrity Safeguard asset integrity by ensuring timely execution of preventive maintenance programs. Monitor equipment performance and reliability to minimize downtime and risks.
· Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with government regulations, including requalification requirements and statutory inspections. Maintain accurate documentation and certifications.
Coordinates with contractors/government agencies and TSE's for Mechanical (DOLE/LGU), Fire and PTO permitting compliance for both existing and new customers to ensure safe and timely project implementation.
· Preventive Maintenance Findings Oversee the rectification of preventive maintenance findings. Track corrective actions to closure and verify effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications:
· Mechanical Engineering graduate. PRC license is preferred.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in HSSE, asset integrity, or maintenance management
· Strong knowledge of HSSE standards, preventive maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements
· Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with contractors and internal teams
· Certification in HSSE or asset integrity management is an advantage
