Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing new websites, as well as maintaining and enhancing our existing web properties.
Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in web development and maintenance.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing websites.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Strong experience with WordPress and familiarity with other CMS platforms.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile optimization.
Understanding of web hosting, domain management, and server-side technologies.
Familiarity with wix.com
SEO Knowledge:
Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and best practices for on-page and off-page optimization.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communication:
Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing staff and IT project managers.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
