Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence and documentations on the transfer of shares/ownership/titles to real, personal, incorporeal properties.
  • Update STB monitoring etc.
  • Provide support for the responsibilities and activities of the Legal Department, including general research, coordination, preparation, monitoring and safekeeping of various documents.
  • Draft and proofread copy of legal documents, such as pleadings and contracts.
  • Attends hearings and other meetings involving legal matters, as directed.
  • File and record minutes of the meeting.
  • Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files and legal advice.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain all legal documents in a confidential way.
  • Perform other related duties and functions as may be deemed necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management / Political Science / Business Administration and/or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience
