ERP SME Lead (Overall System Tester + RTR)
Job Description:
The ERP SME Lead is responsible for leading MS Finance & Operations (F&O) process testing, serving as the subject-matter expert for RTR and all CGS Level 4 and Level 5 processes. The role is responsible for conducting end‑to‑end system testing—including UAT sign‑off—documenting ERP simulations and ensuring full coverage of the process inventory. The ERP SME is also responsible for creating job aids, training end users, and collaborating with project teams, IT, third‑party partners, and OpCo stakeholders. Additionally, the position is responsible for providing hypercare support and assisting the CGS Transition Lead with future system and process enhancements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall SYSTEM TESTER)– Act as overall System tester including RTR which includes subject-matter-expert of new ERP – MS Finance & Operations (F&O) for Level 4 and Level 5 processes, that will aid CPL group on all ERP requirements that does not require technical access /skills
- Primarily working on series of testing, including SIT, UAT sign off
- Assist CGS Transition Lead in building job aids necessary for testing and training.
- Assigned as Trainors for end user training
- Works with the project team, IT, ERP vendor/third-party provider for all relevant tasks for ERP
- Assist CGS Transition Lead in the future system and process enhancements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, & SKILLS:
- Graduate of a four-year course, preferably accountancy or IT or Finance related
- Sound ERP expertise on Microsoft Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Process Expert (per workstream)
- Able to establish credibility with internal /external customer
- Enhanced analytical and innovation skills
